Not possible in some cases but possible in some cases.

Not Possible Case
This I tried few years back but the game lasted only for few days. You will have to manually edit pages through Temp Internet folder, save the page, change te code of page, copying scripts and shockwave content. This applies for games mostly of the type found at shockwave.com

Possible Case
But some games can be copied easily. Try copying .dir and .dcr files from Temp Internet Files Folder and open these files with IE. If the game play is smooth and normal then u have achieved what u wanted.

Try the possible case first and then go for not possible case. But for not possible case u need to know HTML and Javascript. But no skills required for Possible case.
