Please help!

I am able to connect to the internet but I am getting timed out error for almost all sites.
Heres the error from firefox :

Connection Interrupted

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

What should I do?

I am asking, because i also face the same error on my !dea gprs connection some times.
