PS 2 Emulators

Can any of u suggest a good PS 2 emulator that will play most ps2 and ps games on my pc.Is it possible for them to be joystick compatible. Can i buy any ps2 game and play it on my system using an emulator or do i have to have certain requirements for that.

i dont have the config u mentioned but will this work:
Dual core 1.8 Ghz
1 gb RAM
128mb intel 82945 express family chipset
or
Core 2 Duo 2.0 Ghz
1 gb RAM
128mb intel 82945 express family chipset

You need core 2 duo, 1 gb ram okay, and a dedicated graphics card is a must, i have a 7300gt which works.
