Default voltage fluctuation?????


in my house the voltage is between 240-275V.. i hav APC 600KVA UPS.. is it safe 2 protect my comp against high voltage or flouctuations????..if noit what 2 do??

Most of todays UPS can work on 160~440v. Go thru its manuals

If possible, get a voltage stabilizer, it will cost u arnd 600 Rs .

I have a doubt if a UPS handles this fluctuation or not, as a UPS is mainly for backup.

well yes the UPS does handle fluctuation, BUT TO A CERTAIN LEVEL... dont be too relied on UPS,,, better to get an Stabilizer.... complete peace of mind.. OR get a checkup of ur home wiring..

are stabilizer nd voltage regulater d same?? which one 2 buy?? model price.. kindly quote....
