Default Deleting Registry key

My ISP has locked me out 3 times because I was somehow creating Spam. I am now in imminent danger of having my account closed - unless I find a solution.I ran all sorts of scans but only found the culprit with Trojan Hunter.
It tells me that the Registry key is :-

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Enum/
Root/LEGACY_SYSLIBRARY

but I cannot delete it. Apparently it matches Spambot 211.

Unless I can delete this Registry entry, the only other possible recourse would be to reinstall Windows XP and hope that the new Registry is clean.

Does anyone have a better solution?

Deleting random registry keys is never a good idea.
Try nod32(antivirus) and scan in safe mode.
Also u can use something like winpatrol to control what runs on your system and monitor any changes. Heck its possible that just running winpatrol could solve all problems..

After you manage to solve your problem PLZzzzzz stop using internet explorer. Use firefox or Opera

Or use your internet only with Linux, that's the safest at present
No I am not trolling here, but it is a VERY GOOD AND PRACTICAL SOLUTION.
You can access all your windows data from Linux partitions, and when you really want to use Windows switch off your router/modem and then boot into Windows.
