Which HDD out of these...

I'm to purchase a new HDD for my 4-years old PC. The motherboard I have is Intel 865GBF which supports SATA.

These are the options for me (based on availability at Chandigarh): -
Seagate
ST3320620AS (320GB) ~ 2800
(Model not sure) 500 GB ~ 3900

Western Digital
WD3200AAJS ~ 2850
WD3200AAKS ~ 3000

My budget is about 3500. Can stretch a bit more if you have a good reason for it. 320GB + is not need for now.

Had to settle for WD3200AAJS ~ 2850 as WD3200AAKS was out of stock... Even at Chandigarh you have to wander to get good parts
