More software that you might like to get that Mac look.

StyleXP

ObjectDock
YzShadow
Rainlendar
Samurize
Mac OS X Icons (12MB)

You can get more themes and skins from www.themexp.org

Samurize is a system monitoring and desktop enhancement tool. It can be tweaked to resemble the Konfabulator for the Mac, and pretty much do anything from display CPU usage to fetching stock quotes and weather information.

no you don't need to install any other tool before it.you can edit the boot.ini file by adding the following commands
/kernel=x.exe
Where x is the name of the bootscreen you downloaded or you can use Style XP to customise
You can use these tools or sites
http://patrickyan.net/ul/TigerDesks.zip
interfacelift.com/
forevergeek.com/geek_articles/ windows_xp_to_mac_os_x_gui_conversion.php
www.osx-e.com/
