Integrating SP3

I need silent installers for DirectX 7 posibbly .net framework 1 & 2
and Internet Explorer 7 that i can integrate into my SP3 CD

I dont understand, you want to integrate "DirectX 7" into Xp SP3 which has already DX 9.0c inbuilt ??? how can you degrade it, coz it's not possible !
