RAM_Graphic Card??????What!Which!

Hey guys plz help I bought 256mb ram 333mhz for Rs.1750.A week ago.
Now planning to upgrade it to 512mb ram,as i think 256 is now sufficient.Also i am low on budget and need a Graphic card with good performance.Tell me the price of all which will be better.
Money,i will decide afterwards means hav to buy a graphic card and dont hav any idea which one to buy.

Also which brand should i be going for RAM.
The vendor giving me 512 333mhz Simitronics 2700 Is it OK

If you can wait sometime,then I might be able to sell my BBA radeon 9800pro 128mb after confirming if it is fine offcourse,though that will may be a bit more expensive.

Dont know about Simmtronics but better go for Kingston, Transcend or Hynix.

There is a difference of 100 betw. Simmtronics and Kingston As my vendor says.........
