How does paypal work ??

Can anyone please let me know how does PAYPAL work ?
I have registered there and linked my credit card to my Paypal account. Now what ??

What if i plan to buy something from ebay.com (US based) and choose Paypal for payment. How will the payment be made. I havent put any money in my Paypal account. Its Just the credit card that i have linked.

Very simple dude
Seach for those having paypal as payment option & pay using your CC
Youy'll have to pay additional taxes for using CC
Also you can upload funds to your PP account using CC
Remember enter your password carefully everytime else ur account will get limited

Also how much will be the taxes. Because i have given my ICICI bank credit card no and when i make any international transaction there is a certain percentage that they take more. Like when i took a Jajah calling credit of 5$ they charged my CC a little more that what 5$ actually gets converted to in INR. But i dont know the amount.
