Problem With DVD? or Hard Disk? or Something Else

Hai friend's,
I had facing a wierd problem, that is when i copy some file/files from my dvd writer (ASUS-DRW1814BLT) the system is restarting, and i had observed while copying a dvd movie (some scratches) to hard disk that, when i copy that dvd to C:\ drive its perfect, but when i copy them to F:\ drive then the system is restarting, recently i had changed my motherboard. Please help me with it i cannot find where the problem persists it is whether the dvd writer,or hard disk, or motherboard, or something else.

r u the only 1 using this pc ???

coz u might not have rights 2 copy on THAT drives ......

check 4 the permissions from admin .......

yah iam only using and iam the admin, if not show it only shows message that you have no permission only it will not restart

give permissions frd .... r-click ur partition & ......
