Default Use both sound ports


Guys

i hav a p4 3.0 ,intel 915 DGAV Mb ,512mb ram


My casing is from Prime Source

I got two sets of audio ports

one @ the back ,One @ the front

I cannot use the one @ the Front

How can i use the one @ the Front


Plz help me out

Connect the front port connector to the audio connector head on the mobo thats all

can i use both audio ports, one of my Sound Card and other of my mobo?? When i installed my soundcard, the audio port of my mobo, stopped working. I want to use soundcard for speakers and mobo audio port for headphones. Is it possible??

shwetanshu yes it is possible to use both. I use the exact setup like ur mentioning. I am using the motherboards on-board for the speakers and creative 128 card for my speakers. Got no issues what soever mate. What mobo do u have ?

@icecoolz i m using Trigem Glendale GL (evr heard of it?) based on intel 845GL chipset. I have a branded computer. Compaq.
