Telnet

I just have installed Mandrake 10.1. I loaded all the 3cd contents but still i
am not being able to access telnet from Other windows computers.
LAN card properly installed.
Ping command is working.
TCP/IP Working.
Last time when i installed Fedora Core 3 . The Telnet was working.
So what may be the cause. Please Suggest Me

Most probably it is some configuration error... Check your settings and the Mandrake manual for details
