Internal Error 216 at 000029E0

I got this wierd problem on my WinXP Pro!
Whenever,during heavy utilization of my pc like surfing and opening 10 web pages simultaneulsy,downloading a file and then cut and paste it
The explorer dissapears,reappears with this error "Internal Error 216 at 000029E0" and most of the time the pc hangs so i have to manually endtask a background process "cmd" that appears!
Now this is not a sub-seven trojan i'm sure coz my PC has high level security setting!
Any advice would be appreciated! [/b]
