Torrent Help

Guys I am now furstated by trying to configure torrent client for downloading.
I am using azereus in ubuntu and utorrent in vista. I am using netgear DG834G router in my home. I have done all the steps mentioned in the "Portforward.com".
I am basically using Wi Fi mode for connection. My current Ip address for my Lappy is 192.168.0.2, so i put default DMZ server on and put my lappy IP there.






I have choosen 49199 as port for torrents. I forwared it in azerues and router as well



However i am still getting slow speed for torrents.


Same thing happen for Utorrent in Vista. I googled for solution for this but still i dont find exact solution.
Can any one please help as it becomes very frustration for me.
I usually get 230kbps to 250kbps download speed while i download anything from net

How many seeders are available for the torrent you are donwloading ?
