Default apache server


I want to take a multiple choice question test of my students.I want to use the apache server and a set of multiple choice questions from where they will click the right radio button which will be saved in the server where I can evaluate it.How to do it?Very urgent.

u hav to do PHP programming for Apache server......or use HTML/javascript

U'll have to use PHP and MySQL/any other database for this if u want it to be secure. If u use JavaScript for evaluating the ques, anyone who views the page's source and has some level of understanding of JS and HTML, will be able to make out what the correct answer is.
