Default SSL/Port Forwarding Query?

Hi,

Is there a way by which I can encrypt/obfuscate the HTTP traffic between my browser and the website and back?
That is Browser <----Encrypted Data---> Web Site(non-HTTPS).

With HTTPS sites, it is not a problem, but how to encrypt the data between a browser and non-HTTPS site?

Secondly, I want to redirect my traffic from one localhostort to another localhostort...but can't figure it out ?

Any inputs?

Bye!

About the answer to your first question.. Well I am not sure but there exist some solution for that..

For second one..
Is that windows or LINUX ?
if linux then it is easy to do port forwarding using iptables !

Default It's Windows 2000

Hi,

@ferrarif50:Thanks for the link...but does not solve the purpose.

@Ricky: It is Windows 2000.

If you can just explain me how to create SSL Tunnel, so that plaintext traffic goes through it, I will figure out the rest, I guess
