I opened one DLL file with notepad after that all DLL file shows notepad icon how can i change

Do this, go to Start> Run and type regedit and press ENTER. Here expand the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT by clicking on the "+" sign infront of it. Then navigate to dllfile Key, and click on it to select it. Then go to File (or Registry) Menu, and click Export. Then type in a filename as DLLInfo and press ENTER.

Then open NotePad, and go to File> Open, choose All Files from the Files of type drop down list, and open the saved DLLInfo.REG file, and copy-paste the contents here.

Copy the above text to a NotePad, and save it as DLLFix.REG using Save As option.
Then double click on that file and click OK to merge it with Registry.
Before doing anything, backup the registry by following the steps provided here
