Default NTFS

What is the difference between NTFS and FAT32. Some one told me that NTFS is more appopriate for those who woks with VIDEO (eg.Video Editing). Is it true?
Can I change the Format from NTFS to FAT32 without deleting or disturbing the existing Files on that Particular Drive?

NTFS and FAT/FAT32 are types of File system that windows OS uses. NTFS is the preferred type for win2k, winxp and above. You cannot use NTFS on floppy disks. The help bundled with the OS (win2k, xp win2003 etc) has detailed answers.
