unless u r not very firm....... i suggest not to convert as u r doing a kind of stuff like.... running a genset to charge a battery and then use an inverter for the ac supply. What i mean to say is lot of quality, time wastage will be involved. Probably if its for 1-2 movies its still ok or else u can go for a div x player which will be cheaper.( Converting a movie will involve somewhere around 6 hrs or so.... minimum...power wastage, system up and so on)
