Default Which is the best network card ?

I would like to know which is the best network card. I will buyit from lamington road. I own a D915GAV mobo with PCIe support.
Are there any cards which support this standard.
Currently i own a cheap Realtek 8139 D adapter.
I need a NIC which will offload the procession from the CPU.
Is there anything that is for around 600 Rs. ?

Well a pci-e network card might help but it will not offload the cpu load. This stuff is only available in nforce 4 chipset and some 64bit pcix intel cards.

Best network cards - go for the Intel Pro range. Preferably gigabit ones.

Or just be sensible and get yourself a Dlink 10/100 for about 400 quid or so.
