folder Hidden

Hi,
I have recently download some files but after downloading those files my system all folders get hidden only desktop folders are visible and when I start my pc it give me message like "I am sending you message from your computer bla bla bla", Is there any way to rectify this problem.......
if any please help me...........

Scan ur system with an updated antivirus. That should take care of the infection.
