Dude, i think its waste of money.
If you want ONLY Intel then wait for the 945/955 to emerge,its just round the corner,atleast they have support for Dual Core CPUs if at all you plan to upgrade in future.

Also if you want ONLY 925XE,then i would recommend Asus P5Ad2-E-Premium,its a kickass board.
