Default BookMarks

Hi guys ...

I want to know what softwares you use to store bookmarks.
I have around 80-90 bookmarks which i need to ensure they dont get lost 'cos of a virus attack or other windows malfunction.

I tried different softwares for this. I am looking for a software which can:
1. store bookmarks in folders ( helps in organizing )
2. help me upload them to a internet. so that i can download them in case i format my disk
3. it can modify my existing bookmarks in IE, Firefox and Opera so that i dont have to run the software each time i need a link.

I am presently using Powermarks
Its a good software ..
pros -> its got a netsync account
cons -> doesnt have folders interface, cant change existing favorites.

So please post your bookmark saving techniques here.
Enlighten me

hmm i always do like this..

IE -
File - Import Export
IE - Export Favorites to HTML file..
to import same procedure..

for Opera...
File - Exoprt - Bookmarks - select the location..
same procedure for import..

works pretty good..no need to use any 3rd party software..
