where to enter digit code

I am a rigistered member of digit , but no where i found while registring where to enter the 16 digit code. Please let me know where to enter 16 digit code.

Post your 16-digit patron code here

You would have to first login with your username and password (which is not the one which you use for the forum. You would have to register in the patron site.) and then enter the 16-digit code.
