Duplicate name

I've been getting this error message "A duplicate name exists on this sysytem." How do I get rid of this ?

What did you do which led to this error?
PC config and OS?
Post HijackThis log file.

get the latest version of HIJACKTHIS and run it.. and paste the log file http://www.spychecker.com/program/hijackthis.html
