Angry Got two CD's along with Digit instead of one CD and DVD.

Yesterday I got the April '08 issue of Digit. As usual I was hoping to see one CD and one DVD along with the magazine. However I was shocked to see instead two similar CD's in the case . The DVD is missing . This has never happened to me before . What should I do in this case? Is there any chance of getting the DVD back ? The issue was bought from a stall and was NOT a subscribers copy.

help@jasubhai.com . Mail to that address with DVD as subject. I assure you(as per my experience) that you would get a reply within just 20 days as was the case with me. Within one more month after that, you would get the DVD delivered(if you are lucky, it would work well, otherwise as I have experienced, not)

Should I give my address, phone number and other such details in the mail too? Or should I give it after I get their reply?

Give all details in the first mail itself.

^^Don't think you would spend 20-30Rs. return the CD to get DVD(it would be the case most probably)

Kindly send us the CD??? WTF? Who would lose money to send the people again for their mistake? This is probably 1 of the reasons why more and more people here are stopping to subscribe.

Yeah better buy the mag again instead of spending hundreds of rupees on courier, posting and sending charges and efforts.

LOL!! They seem to be more interested in getting their "extra" CD back.
