create a filter add the addresses to it
and direct it directly to ur trash
should be simple enuff
and markin emails as spam will enable yahoo filters to be more efficient
and those emails will automatically be directed to bulk
thats what that folder is ther for and it doesnt account for usage of ur mail box
u can makr ur wanted mails as NOT spam and they will come to ur inbox and not bulk
anyways ur wish

Or you could use another Email Client with the YPOP software (I use Microsoft Outlook ) You can then configure rules to filter out your messages based on these rules and can block the addresses you need to..

yes i agree that yahoo's spam filtering is not 100% accurate ... some important mails end up in the bulk folder ..... but again nothing is 100% accurate ....
it will take some time before yahoo's spam filtering gets used to your habits .....
be patient .....
and direct your spam to bulk and do not opt for deleting your spam directly ..... it will allow u to occationally view your bulk folder and c if there are any imp mails there ...

raven when a mail is send for the first time it moves out to spam with all the other 100's of mails which is not easy to find out . each time i give out my email address to some one ill have to filter them before they send me a mail. hotmail works much better by blocking @somesite.com
Got any software , some one's developing ? impossible !
By the time i made this post i got another 20 to 30 spams
What if i delete my id for some time and creatre it after a week or two . would it stop spams ? Hope some one dosent take off my id by the time..
.

well if u wanna delete your ID.... u wontbe able to access your ID ......
those IDs will be kept in the yahoo server for 70-90 days before the same name being thrown open to public.
its only after 70-80 days you will be able to create an ID of the same name ..... till then no access ....
well i wuc advice you to ON the SPAM GUARD and be patient for a week or two ....
AND SWITCH OF GRAPHICS IN YOUR MAILS
AND DONT CLICK ANY html LINKS IN THE MAILS WHICH YOU THINK ARE SPAM
following these two steps will greatly reduce your number of SPAMS per day ...
hope this helps

antarius is right, clicking on unsubscribe link (or for that matter any link )is a dead giveaway that the mail id is active .NEVER DO THAT .spammers never care abt ppl like us (else they wuldnt be spammers )
and a point to note is mails in ur bulk dont add up to ur inbox size (now that yahoo is gonna giv 1 GB that wont be an issue )
so never click on any fishy sounding email ,just mark it as spam ,and turn html OFF .and change settings to keep bulkmail for 14days or some convenient days so that u hav enough time to check that mail u got was really spam . and it may take another 4 - 5 months to see some drop in the amount of spam u receive .

Hi I had heard about the site, form wich we can get emails which sent to yahoo. But only mails from the contacts who are in our adress book are delivered to our email. All other mails will be delivered to separate folder till we aprove the mail is not spam. I think this matter allready discussed in digit. Please post url here.
Bye

My email filters were used up long time ago .. Then I started unsubscribing .. Then reporting as Spam .. I get around 300 spams daily on Yahoo .. And 90% of them are delivered to Bulk Folder which I never check ..
