DUF 2.0 returning error!!!!!!

Error: Division by zero.... i am getting this error on using the Software to check bsnl usage..... is it happening with everyone!

uninstalling and reinstalling it is not helping.........

hansraj - He didn't ask you to reinstall 2.0, he asked you to install 1.4 back again.

ok......... but from where coz when i try to download from the webpage its giving me an error that
"no longer works.. use the (upper ver)"
