McAffee problem

I installed Mc Affee Anti Virus 8.5i on my computer .During my installation, i have a power problem and my computer was turned off(not a normal turned off). After few minutes i start my computer,but it display message "Some of the Mc Affee security center components are not installed or launch properly, restart your computer.If this message appear after restart, reinstall McAffee". I restart my computer but no result, then i reinstall McAffee, but it display the same errors, when i try to removed McAffee Security Center from the control panel, it display an error message. Please suggest me to solve my problem

try usin McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe) (direct link)

then re-install the sw
