No need to complaint. Just take an oath not to buy digit again and even if you buy, throw away the DVD instead of putting it in your DVD drive. I got a faulty DVD. When I sent a mail. They sent me another faulty DVD and on complaining again, I got another one, that too faulty. It takes atleast 20 days just to get a reply.
