Digit April 08 DVD not workin!!! where 2 complain?

The DVD with my april 08 issue which i bought is not workin, i even tried it on a different comp.
This is de second time this has happened 2 me... and there is no way i can contacy digit ppl... the report damaged issue gives me this page : http://www.thinkdigit.com/report_missing.php

i even tried 2 mail them.

No need to complaint. Just take an oath not to buy digit again and even if you buy, throw away the DVD instead of putting it in your DVD drive. I got a faulty DVD. When I sent a mail. They sent me another faulty DVD and on complaining again, I got another one, that too faulty. It takes atleast 20 days just to get a reply.
But even if you want to complain mail to help@jasubhai.com with DVD as subject
