Default DVD-ROM AND CD-ROM NOT WORKING VERY OFTEN

This question relates to Windows XP SP2 Home edtition. When I attempt to open this month DVD-ROM provided with DIGIT MAGAZINE with My Computer, that is, H drive, it says as follows along with its logo each.

Code Digital business Digital leisure Digital passion

Digital Tools autorun begin start

start

Autorun does not also work when I put my DVD-ROM into my DVD-DRIVE.

Moreover, when I put my DVD-ROM into my SONY DVD-DRIVE and CD-ROM into my SONY CD-ROM, the H drive for DVD-ROM and G drive for CD-WRITER disappears very often. I am using nero Software. Then, what is the problem actually and how to rectify them?
