Angry Marking torrent files as junk or ability to report bad files

Yesterday, I downloaded a file called 'Sexy Jessica Alba Wallpapers' from utorrent. To my surprise, I found that it was an *.exe file rather than an image file. I opened it anyway, because I have a file called "David Blaine's magic secrets revealed" and it's in an .exe format, rather than being a movie. It's more like a slide show.

To my major dissappointment, the file called Jessica Alba was adware and the size was a whopping 18MB I want to know if there is any method to mark a file as Junk like we do in Limewire or report it, somehow.

The marking depends as a feature on the website you went to get that file, else you can simply comment. Mosty people just curse and get over it. And I do think that this thread will be cracked down upon by the resident RIAA/MPAA here.
