how to monitor system temperature, fans speed??

use coretemp to monitor temps and speedfan to monitor fan speed...sppedfan also tells u the temperature but its inacurate many times...

Well I also prefer Lavalys Everest. But the newer versions are not free & the older might have problems detecting your hardware properly.
You can also install the monitoring apps which might have come with your mobo.
