How to use cj.com ???

I have a blog with adsense ads on it. now i want to use cj.com for which I already have registered. now my problem is I dont know how to use it. I mean like adsense where we can generate ad codes for our blog, here what I have to do. do they give any code or what ? can any user of CJ help me with step by step guide. my blog is gaining traffic and i want to increase my earnings. please help...
