Creative EP-630 problem....

In Feb I bought an original Creative EP-630 earphones form a shop in S.P. Road Bangalore, two days back i got a problem..... The right speaker is giving very low sound compared to the left one... It has a one year warranty but the problem is I have lost its bill(reciept).... Is there anypther way to get it replaced....(I used the earphones with my Ipod Nano 3G... Can anyone suggest me what went wrong with my earphones)....

It can be a connection problem of the jack or the cable is damaged internally

I tried it in ma laptop but there is the same problem....so is there a way 2 get it replaced without the bill(As it's still in warranty)

Do the box have mfg date?
