Smile How to change Default "My Documents" location?

Hello friends!
Can someone please tell me how to change the location of "My Documents" and "Program Files" in Windows XP other than the default location as provided by the operating system ?
Also, any website where such things about XP can be easily read would be helpful too.
Thanking you in advance.

To change the location for "Program Files" you'll have to reinstall the OS after customizing it with Nlite. And to change the location for "My Documents" Click Start > Right Click on My Documents > Properties > Click the button "Move" and select the Drive where you want it to be.

Thank you everyone for comming up with the tricks!
Third Eye thank you specially for the trick to change the Prog Files default location,I was really looking for that one;.
I was just wondering, can the contents of the previous "Program Files" be moved to the new location without hampering the working of the previously installed programs, just like moving the contents of "My Documents" is done smoothly.

I followed the same as is stated in the above link. But,the problem is,"Outlook Express" in not starting at all untill I am getting back to my previous default setting and then rebooting. So,I just want to know, changing the "Program Files" would never allow "Outlook Express" to work smoothly? If yes, then how to do it?

^ 1) Go to Program Files
2) Open Outlook Express
3) Right Click on msimn and create shortcut.
4) Cut and paste the shortcut in Desktop.
5) You are done!

Thanks for the reply. But,as soon as I change my "Program Files" location,Outlook Express cannot be started at all;The error I am getting is the following :-

"OE cannot be started. The application was unable to open OE message store.Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full.Contact MS for further assistance.[Ox8007007E,126].
OE could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized, OE may not be installed correctly."

But,I have more than 7 GB in both the partition, and it's working fine as soon as I change back to my default "Program Files" location and reboot.
Please help.

Just keep the location of Program Files to default. Do not change it because such problems will come.
