Default Hard thinking about Hard Disk

Hi guys,
I'm planning to buy a new external hard disk for my system. (Intel 845GLVA)

My budget is upto Rs.3,000/- only, so plz dont suggest me more than 320 GB HDD.

Please tell me which is the best HDD available in this budget.

@ Napster

I've seen all the sites bro.

I want the reviews (From Indian Websites) or the opinions by the experienced users, who are using external hard disks.

I suggest Maxter or Lacie. Both are extremely good. Lacie is sleek external hardisk which doesn't require power supply ( costlier for same GB) where as Maxter I got 500 GB for abt 95€ (when euro was < 60). so, you could get Maxter in your budget for your size I hope. good luck.

^I've seen casings for laptop disks only, but i guess u can get them for normal ones too.
But, AFAIK, you need to have external power supply to use hdd through usb.
And AFAICR, i read somewhere saying laptop hdd's dont need it.
