Do you want to watch TV offline or online?
If you want to watch it offline then get an external TV tuner card...

@gurujee, i guess this means you want to watch it online, but I am a little confused, you dont have a fast connection and you want to spend BW in watching TV (Online?) ?? :-O

Either ways, if that is the case, you should go for services like SOPCAST which is internet TV, only that SOPCAST is illegal and you should own a subscription before you can see the channel on the internet TV.
