if i create a multisession disk, how much size of the disk i lose out ???

Hi!

When u write first session, lead-in and lead-out of a session takes 22 MB.
For any subsequent sessions it takes around 13 MB to write session lead-in and lead-out. Enjoy!!!!

Do u mean to say that in a 700MB disk, u can burn upto 678MB only or in the second session u loose 25MB (22+13) space....? I am not able to understand it....

Is the 13MB loss becoz of overwriting the TOC.....

See ramprasad,

in multisession disc, when u write first session, u need 25 MB space for lead-in and lead-out of a session.

But, when u write second session, new toc has been written on disc. if u included files on previous session it writes just address of that file not whole file again. This CD is called linked multisession disc.

So, in short, another 13 MB space is utilized because of new toc and lead-in / lead-out.

OK, I have a query. I have a .cue and .bin file. Its around 500Mb. I want to add a 7 Mb file to it and then burn the whole thing into the disc. How should I go about it?

using alcohol 120% or some other software, mount it on a virtual drive or burn it on a RW. then in the copilation of nero, add the files from the disk (virtual or RW) and also add the 7mb file that u want to add. then burn it
