Disable INSERT key

Hi all..

off lately i have getting this INSERT key pressed mistakenly and it becomesa a headachewhile typing...

is there a way to disable it??

i am using vista .....

and if possible also tell me how to do it on ubunut tooo

in my keyboard there is no insert key

i am also planning to remove that f(_) cking key...
its irritating... but my keyboard willl look like a toothless grandma... thats why...

right..?
don't copy paste the thing..
enter 2 digits at a time..

that's easy..
open notepad
copy paste the code given by VG
save the file as "reg.reg".... the quotes must be included..
double click the reg file...press ok...restart...test...post the result...give me 10$..that's all
