Picture Banners ...

Hello Guys ,,

Once i came across a site which allowed banners in the forms of pictures ... for eg. persons in a rally holding ur custom message , billboards across a traffic signal flashing ur messages .. now i don't remember that site ..

also . once this was posted in the forum also but im unable to search for that thread..

can anyone tell me from which site i can generate these banners , mind that i don't want normal banners !
