new program in 'close program menu' list and more.......

My system runs Windows 98SE. I have the following problems.

1)Whenever i do a Ctrl + Alt + Del, this program called 'Robot' appears in the Close Program Menu. Is it virus or spyware? It starts with Windows but i'm unable to find a trace of it in msconfig.

2)I'm unable to disable this 'Tkbellexe' from msconfig. Plz suggest a better way.

3)My comp shuts down properly only 50% of the time. I tried the Windows Troubleshooter but to no avail.

hmm this name strikes me sumwher.. but i cant recollect it now.. i rem that i had seen this in my registry once and had del it..

get the latest version of HIJACKTHIS and run it.. and paste the log file

Download and install CCleaner and McAfee Stinger

Boot in SAFE Mode and run CCleaner and click the button "Run Cleaner".
Run McAfee Stinger and click "Add" button and here type the Hard Disk Drive names manually (for example, C:\) and click OK. Repeat this step so that all the partitions are added. Then click "Scan Now".

Reboot to NORMAL Mode and scan using HijackThis and post the log file.
