Command Line/regisrty Wonders

i want to execute following processes using command line(.cmd) or registry(.reg) files...

1. Restart comp
2. switch user
3. hide/unhide folders
4. activate/deactivate usb

is this possible???
plez help

possible!!!
this method is for switching 2 another user account w/o log-off
1. Close all apps
2. Open Command Prompt
3. Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\system32
4. Enter the following command:
runas /user:*computer name\*account name explorer.exe

@karan:did not get de syntax... what do i have to write if my comp name is 'kk' and i m using admin account and want to switch to guest account?
