It is msnp32.dll.
Download this file from http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl...s.shtml?msnp32.

Put the file in the windows\system directory.

But this is not done, You will need to remove the Dial Up Networking component from Windows Setup, reboot your system, and then add the Dial Up Networking component back using Windows Setup, follow that with one more reboot and then u are done.

To remove the Networking component,
go into Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel Double Click on Network
Click on Microsoft Network (where it says "the following network components are installed")to highlight it
Click on REMOVE
a message is going to tell you that your network is not complete and it will ask you if u want to continue anyways.....Click "OK" to continue removing the component.
it will ask you to restart click ok
after you reboot you will not see the message.
