Default Monitor turn-off automatically!

Hey All,

I have 'GeForce FX5200 64-bit 128MB DDR' Grafics Card on 4x AGP Slot on ASUS motherboard.The problem is that whenever I install d card,it works fine with good clarity but after 4-5 min. my monitor (LG Studioworks 17inch) gets turn-off of it's own! And than I have 2 restart my PC again But monitor works fine if I remove d card! The card's fan is also working fine...Please Help me...!

check ur display cards power settings...also ur BIOS power saving settings..

Welli would suggest to check the card 1st as it may be faulty... try it on another PC

hey , same thing haappened 2 me ... bt with a twist ...

monitor turns off 4 abt 6 sec & is on again ...

this happens very offen ...

scan kiya norton se & gone ...

So u scan whole ur PC & ur problem is solved...Wht did u find corrupt : Card Drivers or Bios???
