Question DVD or DV


Hi guys,

just wanted to know whic format is better in terms of resolution DVD or MiniDV?this is in regarding to cam corders.

I think DVD would give a better res. than mini - never seen any quality diff in mini

If you are a video buff and would like to edit your videos, then stick to miniDV. Editing the DVD stuff, though not impossible, is always a hassle for the ordinary user.On this one count many do prefer miniDV.

accroding 2 me DVD is better in terms of sound as well as picture quality.

Close your eyes and buy a DV camera, if you are looking for quality. If possible, get a 3CCD Panasonic camera.
