Download & Install HDTune - LINK.

1. Run the app.
2. Select the HDD.
3. Select the Info Tab.
4. Check out the last Line named as Buffer: XXXX KB

Divide XXXX/1024 to get Buffer Size in MB.

That will tell you the HDD Buffer Size.
