Low ping error?!!!

For some obvious reasons I cant play Call of Duty 4 online.So I tried some private servers available at http://www.bagdadcafe.se/news.php using Xfire to play.But when I start I get the error "Server is for low ping player only!".
Please help me.
I installed the latest update ver 1.5 for it.
SP is working fine.
Please help

I am not sure of this but something tells me that you may be located far from that server, thats why you may not be able to play smoothly.
(Low ping = near)
