How to remove certain option in Context menu

ok now what the problem is that i wanna remove Edit with MP3 Audio Editor option from context menu but i dont know how. i had this app but uninstalled it days ago but this option is still there.

What is the extension of the file which has this option in its context menu? You need to follow point C.

Its the mp3 files which have this option in their context menu.
I went thru the tut but im all lost

^^ Open RUN and type regedit and press Enter. It'll open Registry Editor. Now goto following location:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mp3

Under this key, check in both "Shell" and "Shellex" keys and if you find any key related to "MP3 Audio Editor", delete it and your problem will be solved.
